Where can I see your products?


Dooq – World of Details showroom is located at Rua Nova do Almada N1 – 1200-288 Lisboa. To schedule a studio visit, please make an appointment info@dooqdetails.com.



Where are your products made?


All our products are made in Portugal. Our country, amongst other things, is well known for its quality and tradition in craftsmanship. We source raw materials, components and knowledge locally as frequently as possible. A small portion of our materials are sourced internationally with the same quality standards in mind.



I need an estimate or more information about a product. Who should I contact?


Our Sales team is available to answer any product inquiries you may have and prepare an estimate for you. E-mail info@dooqdetails.com regarding your project. You will be contacted briefly after.



I want to place an order. How can I do it?


Please send us an e-mail to info@dooqdetails.com with this order form filled and you will be contacted by our sales team soon after.



Which are the payment terms?


Proforma invoice orders will require a 50% advance deposit to begin production and the balance prior to shipping from Portugal (until 15 days before expedition date).

Payment must be made by account transfer (in Euro €) and a confirmation of the transfer (with receipt) must be sent by e-mail to your sales contact or to info@dooqdetails.com. Proformas should be signed and stamped by the client as a form of approval of the described content.

All pieces are a property of Dooq, Lda until payment in full is received. Dooq, Lda reserves the right to delay the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.

Return Policy


Because of the hand-made nature of our product, we are not able to offer returns.



Do you offer customizations of your products?


Yes, we offer customization services for certain products. E-mail info@dooqdetails.com for more information.



I'd like to place an order but the lead time is too long. What can I do?


If the listed lead time doesn't work for your schedule, please contact us before placing an order to discuss timing. We are happy to accommodate requests when we can, and while it is possible to speed up production on a case-by-case basis, this typically requires a rush fee based on the materials required and the timeframe.



Do you stock products?


All of our products are made to order which contributes to the uniqueness and tailoring of each piece.



Do you offer trade pricing?


Yes, we offer special pricing to members of the trade; applicants should fill and submit the Trade Account Application form to the following email: info@dooqdetails.com.



Can I change or amend the invoice provided?


Alterations are allowed in the proforma before the order confirmation (before advance payment). After we begin production (after the payment), alterations are not allowed.

Can I send my own fabric / leather?


Yes, C.O.M. / C.O.L. is an available option. You must send your fabric to our facilities in Portugal and you must fill in this form and send it to info@dooqdetails.com. The fabric must arrive to our facilities within 15 days after payment of deposit, otherwise the production time will increase by one month.


Do you provide upholstery foam with fire retardant treatment?


Yes, we can provide foam with fire retardant treatment (certified). Please inform our sales team of the requirements of your project.



If I change materials will there be a surcharge?


It depends on what material you are choosing. To be sure, please, consult your sales contact or our sales department at info@dooqdetails.com.



Do you provide installation instructions?


Yes, our pieces are shipped with assembly instructions. However, if you need assistance, please feel free to contact our sales team.



How do I clean and care for my new Dooq product?


Our priority is to provide you with the highest quality of materials and therefore we very much value the care given to our products in post-sales. For that reason we have composed a Care and Maintenance Guide, which you can download here.



How can I get samples?


We have a sample box (which includes our marble, metals, glass, wood, lacquered options, fabrics and trimmings). Each box costs 320€ + shipping.



When does the production of my order starts?


The production process starts after you received the invoice and proceed with the 50% advance payment required. In the case of COM/COL, please, keep in mind the time it will take for us to receive the fabric.



Do you ship worldwide?


Yes, we ship to most countries around the world directly from Lisbon. Please contact us for more informations regarding the shipping of your products.



What is the difference between “order date” and “shipping date”?


Order date - When we confirm the transfer receipt in our account.
Shipping date - The transit time to ship the merchandise from the day the goods leaves our facilities until the delivery address.



What happens to my order if I’m not present at the address when it arrives?


All shippings are reported to the client once the products leave our warehouse. After that, the shipping company will contact you to schedule the day of the delivery.



Can I change my delivery address?


Changes in delivery address are only allowed until the balance payment is done. In exceptional cases we may allow changes to the address after goods have been shipped which translates into a surcharge that will be charged to the client.



Can I have a 3D Model/ 2D technical drawing of your products?


Yes, you can contact directly our sales department at info@dooqdetails.com and create a trade account by submitting this form.



Do you have a Privacy Policy?


As we are committed to ensuring that our client’s privacy is protected, we do keep a Privacy Policy which you can access by clicking here.

Do you provide Certificates of Origin?


We may provide the following services for a special fee: Certificate of Origin, Authentication of Invoices, SASO Certificates. Please contact our sales team regarding prices.
